UVM Extension is looking for a Project Implementation Manager to coordinate, oversee, and implement strategic activities in support of the Director and Associate Director of Extension. The position will directly support Extension leadership on organization-wide strategic planning and implementation.

A successful candidate will need to use independent judgement in navigating complex organization-wide participatory processes; develop and maintain functionality of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and systems; evaluate and recommend methods and systems to advance organizational objectives; develop short-term strategies to advance long-term goals; coordinate and support Extension efforts to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices into all that we do, and support development of new external partnerships and fundraising efforts.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with four years of related experience, or equivalent job experience, and a working knowledge of office software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce. This is a 12-month, 1.0 FTE, union represented position. This position will be based in the UVM Extension State Office, housed on the UVM Campus. The position may qualify for a hybrid work schedule in accordance with the UVM Telecommuting policy, but will be expected to have an office presence.
