Opportunity Kent State University at Salem seeks a forward-thinking full-time, 12 month Non-Tenure Track faculty position in Horticulture.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience in the Horticulture, Sustainable Systems, or Natural Resource Management industry. Appreciation for the broad categories of career options available to horticulture graduates and teaching or extension / outreach experience are essential. Qualifications include an understanding of workforce development; experience in curricular development; knowledge of sustainable management techniques; knowledge of Horticultural Technology; appreciation for hands-on learning; a commitment to student success; and supervisory, teaching, and/or outreach experience.
