Position Description

The Extension Specialist for 4-H Youth Development provides leadership, guidance, organization, management, and educational opportunities within STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and K-12 (after-school and school enrichment) program areas as part of the CSU Extension 4-H Youth Development team to ensure that the 4-H mission and vision are achieved. This person will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of educational programs and curriculum. The individual in this position will work as a member of the Colorado State 4-H Program team to support the delivery of educational efforts across the state under the guidance of the State 4-H Director.
