The University of Nevada Reno (UNR) is recruiting for a Manager for its Southern 4-H Learning Center (Center). The Center is a lodging, camp and conferencing facility operated by UNR Extension/4-H Southern Area.

The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing facilities management, personnel management, financial management of operations and program management. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to management of all systems to track facility usage; management of contracts with service providers; overseeing maintenance of all buildings and equipment; supervising Center employees; collaborating with Business/Sales Manager to offer competitive pricing and effective collection of fees. This is a full-time Administrative Faculty position that will report to the Southern Area Director of Extension in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The incumbent will live in housing provided by the Center.

The Center sits on 72-acres in Alamo Nevada and has a capacity to house up to 72 guests, with day use of more than 200 guests. The Center will predominantly host a variety of day camps, residential camps, trainings, retreats and also hosts other non-profit and governmental organizations. The center is about 1.5 hours from Las Vegas, Nevada.
