Position Description

The Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service (OCES) seeks an innovative and creative leader to identify, plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and report statewide Extension Agriculture, Natural Resources and Community Economics Development programs with campus and field staff to address critical needs of Oklahomans. The Assistant Director is administratively responsible to the OCES Associate Vice President and is a member of the state Extension leadership team. In this 12-month position, the Assistant Director assumes an active administrative role in matters pertaining to the OCES, Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Community Economic Development programs. The tenure track professor position is to be filled by January 1, 2023 or as soon thereafter as a suitable candidate is available.
