Terms of Service1. Acceptance of TermsExtension Journal, Inc. provides the services available at jobs.joe.org to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of these terms at any time at: http://jobs.joe.org/terms.php. 2. Description of ServiceExtension Journal, Inc., through the web site located at jobs.joe.org, allows you to post announcements for jobs in higher education, including outreach and extension (see "Termination" below for definition of the scope of acceptable job announcements) online for up to 30 days per $85 payment for a single job posting or for up to 60 days per $150 payment for a single job posting. You will receive a username and password with which to access your account. You understand that it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of that information to ensure that no unauthorized tampering occurs with the job announcements you have posted. You understand that the content contained in a job announcement created through your account is your responsibility. 3. Payment for ServiceExtension Journal, Inc. will charge you for posting job announcements through the service provided at the web site jobs.joe.org. You agree to pay these fees by providing valid credit card information. By submitting this information, you give Extension Journal, Inc. permission to charge your account for the service. All fees will be charged at the time they are incurred. 4. Removal of Inappropriate Job AnnouncementsAs stated above in "Description of Service," content contained in a job announcement created through your account is your responsibility. However, we reserve the right to remove announcements deemed inappropriate in the following ways:

Provision for Service FailureIn the event of network or hardware failure affecting the availability of the web site jobs.joe.org--through which access to an active posting is disrupted for more 48 consecutive hours--time equivalent to the time lost will be added to the remainder of the 30-day period for which payment was made. 6. Refund PolicyThe service provided by Extension Journal, Inc. through the web site located at jobs.joe.org allows you to post announcements for jobs in higher education, outreach, and extension, and give you full responsibility for the text contained therein. In the event that you are unsatisfied with this service and desire a refund for a specific job announcement, you agree to submit (via postal mail or email) a written request for refund within 60 days of the activation of that job announcement. This written request is to contain justification for a refund. If a request for refund is deemed valid, refund will be given within 30 business days of receipt of the request. You understand that the following are not valid reasons to request a refund:

Limitation of LiabilityIn no event shall Extension Journal, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this web site or with the delay or inability to use this web site, or for any information obtained through this web site, or otherwise arising out of the use of this web site, whether based on contract, tort, or strict liability. 8. Non-waiverThe failure of Extension Journal, Inc. to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained herein shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
