Because this website is brand new code from the ground up, not simply a redesign, it is launching under the idea that it is still in Beta testing. With this in mind, please use the contact forms located in various locations of the website to submit any bugs you might have found on the website. These reports will help us locate and fix any bugs you might find.
Bugs can include but are not limited to:
- 404 Item Not Found Errors
- Spelling errors
- Failure to send or receive messages
- 503 Service Unavailable Errors
- Failure to receive confirmation e-mails upon creation of jobs or payment of jobs (both from Paypal and National Job Bank)
- Inability to create accounts, log in, or reset passwords
- Inability to create jobs, set up alerts, extend jobs, etc…
Please note, also, that because the site is currently in Beta, you may experience occasional downtime as we work to patch bugs that we become aware of.
