Important Info for Current Job Posters

Hello again, and welcome to the new website.

This is an important announcement for all Job Posters who used the old site, so please read carefully.

As stated in previous posts, the new National Job Bank website has been rewritten from the ground up. This includes an entirely different database structure, more secure code, and strongly encrypted passwords. This sounds great, right? But what does it mean for YOU?

  • All user accounts are no longer valid — You will need to register for a new account!
  • Jobs that were available on the old website have been manually migrated to the new site and will expire when they were set to expire on the old site. There is currently no way for you to modify or extend these job postings. You will be required to recreate the posting if you wish to extend it.
    • That being said, it is entirely possible to link a current job to your newly created account for modification/extension. If you wish to do this, please E-mail Me the following information:
      • Your name
      • The e-mail address tied to the old site
      • The e-mail address tied to the new site
      • The job name you wish to tie to your new account
      • The confirmation e-mail you received when you created or extended the job
    • This information will be used to verify that you are, in fact, the appropriate individual to tie this job to. It is simply a security thing.
