Employer HowTo: Direct job seekers directly to your application website

We understand that the majority of organizations have their own internal application process. That’s why we, at the National Job Bank make every effort to make it simple for you to direct potential employees to your internal application website.

As you’re filling out your new job, you will notice a section entitled “Add a Link to a Website, PDF, Etc.” This section allows you to provide links that job seekers can click on to get more information about your job. You will notice that the first area is called “Application Link.” This is where you will input your Application website url.

Once you have set this link, save your job and activate it, the user will be presented with a nice little “Apply Now!” button at the top of the job posting. This will load up the application link in a new browser window so the potential employee can apply for your job posting on your internal application processing website!
